Serie IISerie II began as a collaboration with roue des archives. Paintings and words occupy the same space, colliding as all things do when they come into being.
The swerve - clinamen as Lucretius called it - is a slight, unpredictable deviation, enough to keep things from falling in parallel forever, enough to set off an endless chain of collisions.
Color moves in the same way, oblique and layered, never quite where you expect it. The poems are not captions but separate bodies drifting alongside the paintings on their own trajectories, occasionally grazing them.
